SUNKIDS™ SUNSCREEN
WHAT IS SUNKIDS™?
SunKids™ is a Broad Spectrum SPF 50 mineral sunscreen for everyday sun protection. It comes in a 100 mL pouch and has a creamy, fruit-scented formula that starts with a visible tint and rubs in clear.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STRAWBERRY AND BLUEBERRY?
Both are Broad Spectrum SPF 50 mineral sunscreens in a 100 mL pouch. Strawberry starts pink and has a strawberry scent. Blueberry starts blue and has a blueberry scent. Their ingredient lists differ, so check each product page for the full formula.
WHAT AGE CAN USE SUNKIDS™?
SunKids™ is intended for ages 6 months and up. For children under 6 months of age, ask a doctor before use.
CAN ADULTS USE IT TOO?
Yes. SunKids™ can be used by the whole family, including adults.
IS SUNKIDS™ SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
SunKids™ is a mineral sunscreen made with non-nano zinc oxide and skincare ingredients. Skin sensitivities vary, so review the full ingredient list before use. If you have a known allergy or skin condition, check with your healthcare provider.
WHAT DOES BROAD SPECTRUM SPF 50 MEAN?
Broad Spectrum means SunKids™ provides protection against both UVA and UVB rays. SPF 50 describes its level of protection against sunburn, primarily caused by UVB rays. Apply liberally and reapply as directed.
WHAT IS THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT IN SUNKIDS™?
SunKids™ uses non-nano zinc oxide 24.1% as its only active sunscreen ingredient. It provides Broad Spectrum SPF 50 mineral protection.
WHAT DOES “NON-NANO” MEAN?
“Non-nano” refers to the particle size of the zinc oxide used in the formula. SunKids™ uses non-nano zinc oxide as its active sunscreen ingredient.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MINERAL AND CHEMICAL SUNSCREEN?
Mineral and chemical sunscreens use different active ingredients to help protect skin from UV radiation. SunKids™ uses zinc oxide as its mineral sunscreen active. Whichever sunscreen you choose, apply it generously and reapply as directed.

SunKids™ combines Broad Spectrum SPF 50 mineral protection with a creamy formula, a fruit scent and a visible tint that rubs in clear.
EVERYDAY USE
WHEN SHOULD I APPLY SUNKIDS™?
Apply liberally and evenly to exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REAPPLY?
Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
HOW MUCH SUNSCREEN SHOULD I USE?
Apply liberally and evenly to all exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Don’t forget areas such as the ears, back of the neck, tops of the feet and behind the knees.
IS SUNKIDS™ WATER RESISTANT?
Yes. SunKids™ is water resistant for 40 minutes. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
DO I NEED SUNSCREEN ON CLOUDY DAYS?
Yes. UV rays can reach skin on cloudy days. Apply sunscreen before going outdoors, and use it alongside shade, hats, sunglasses and protective clothing.
WILL IT LEAVE A WHITE CAST?
SunKids™ starts with a visible tint and is designed to rub in clear. The appearance can vary depending on skin tone, the amount applied and how thoroughly it’s rubbed in.
DOES THE TINT SHOW HOW MUCH PROTECTION I HAVE?
The visible tint is part of the application experience. It isn’t a measure of how much sunscreen has been applied or how much protection remains. Apply liberally and reapply according to the directions.
HOW LONG WILL ONE POUCH LAST?
Each pouch contains 100 mL. How long it lasts depends on how much skin you cover, how many people use it and how often you reapply.
CAN I USE SUNKIDS™ AROUND THE EYES?
Keep the product out of the eyes. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water to remove it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A RASH OCCURS?
Stop use and ask a doctor if a rash occurs.
HOW DO I STORE IT?
Protect the product from excessive heat and direct sun. Keep it out of reach of children.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO PROTECT MY SKIN FROM THE SUN?
Along with sunscreen, seek shade and wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses. Limit time in the sun, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A SUNSCREEN?
Look for a Broad Spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. Check the water-resistance information and directions, and choose a formula you’re comfortable applying and reapplying.
HOW CAN I MAKE SUNSCREEN APPLICATION MORE COMFORTABLE FOR MY CHILD?
Every child is different. Try applying sunscreen during a calm moment, explaining each step before you begin, or using a mirror so your child can see what’s happening. You can also let them choose between Strawberry and Blueberry if they enjoy choosing their scent.
CAN MY CHILD HELP APPLY SUNKIDS™?
When appropriate, your child can help rub in sunscreen with adult guidance. Make sure sunscreen is applied liberally and evenly to all exposed skin. Keep the pouch out of reach of children after use.
HOW CAN I MAKE SUNSCREEN PART OF OUR DAILY ROUTINE?
Try applying it at the same point in your routine before heading outside. A visual checklist, mirror or gentle reminder can help make each step more predictable.
HOW DO I REAPPLY WHEN WE’RE OUT?
Bring the pouch along and set a reminder if helpful. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, and at least every 2 hours.
WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN’T LIKE THE SCENT OR TEXTURE?
Sensory preferences are personal. You can try letting your child smell the sunscreen before application and explaining how it will feel. If the scent or texture isn’t comfortable for them, choose a Broad Spectrum sunscreen they can use comfortably and consistently.
INGREDIENTS & PACKAGING
HOW DOES SUNKIDS™ COMBINE SUN PROTECTION AND SKINCARE?
SunKids™ uses zinc oxide 24.1% as its active sunscreen ingredient to provide Broad Spectrum SPF 50 protection. The formula also includes Kakadu plum extract, a botanical ingredient from a fruit known for its vitamin C content.
WHY DOES SUNKIDS™ INCLUDE KAKADU PLUM?
SunKids™ combines Broad Spectrum SPF 50 mineral protection with skincare ingredients, including Kakadu plum extract. Kakadu plum is known for its naturally occurring vitamin C and antioxidants.
The vitamin C values shown in our chart refer to fresh Kakadu plum, not the amount in the finished sunscreen. Zinc oxide is the active ingredient that provides SunKids™ sun protection.
DOES KAKADU PLUM PROVIDE SUN PROTECTION?
Zinc oxide is the active sunscreen ingredient that provides SunKids™ Broad Spectrum SPF 50 protection. Kakadu plum extract is included as a skincare ingredient and does not replace sunscreen protection.
CAN VITAMIN C REPLACE SUNSCREEN?
No. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, but it doesn’t replace sunscreen. Use Broad Spectrum sunscreen as directed, along with other sun-protection measures such as shade, hats and protective clothing.
WHAT SKINCARE INGREDIENTS ARE IN SUNKIDS™?
SunKids™ includes ingredients such as Kakadu plum extract, sugarcane-derived squalane, coconut-derived ingredients and vitamin E. Each scent has its own formula, so visit the product page for the complete ingredient list.
DOES SUNKIDS™ CONTAIN FRAGRANCE?
Yes. The Strawberry and Blueberry ingredient lists include fragrance. Strawberry has a strawberry scent, and Blueberry has a blueberry scent. Check the full ingredient list for the scent you choose.
WHY DOES SUNKIDS™ HAVE A SCENT?
Scent is part of the SunKids™ sensory experience. We chose fruit-inspired scents to make applying sunscreen feel more enjoyable as part of an everyday routine.
IS SUNKIDS™ FRAGRANCE-FREE?
No. Strawberry and Blueberry contain fragrance. If you or your child prefer fragrance-free products, review the ingredient list before choosing a sunscreen.
CAN SOMEONE WITH FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITY USE SUNKIDS™?
Sensitivities vary from person to person. If you or your child have a known fragrance allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredient list and speak with your healthcare provider before use. If a rash occurs, stop use and ask a doctor.
Fragrance ingredients, including those from natural sources, can cause reactions in some people.
DOES SUNKIDS™ CONTAIN COCONUT-DERIVED INGREDIENTS?
Yes. SunKids™ contains coconut-derived ingredients. If you have a known allergy or ingredient sensitivity, review the full ingredient list and check with your healthcare provider before use.
WHAT IS SUNKIDS™ MADE WITHOUT?
SunKids™ is made without oxybenzone, octinoxate, avobenzone, octocrylene, homosalate, octisalate, parabens, sulfates, phenoxyethanol, artificial dyes and chemical UV filters.
WHERE DOES THE COLOR COME FROM?
SunKids™ gets its distinctive colors from plant-derived ingredients and is made without artificial dyes. Strawberry starts pink, and Blueberry starts blue.
DO THE FRUIT NAMES REFER TO SCENT OR INGREDIENTS?
Both Strawberry and Blueberry have fruit-inspired scents, and their formulas include the corresponding fruit extracts.
WHAT’S THE POUCH MADE OF?
Our flexible pouch uses a multilayer material that includes sugarcane-based materials and helps protect the formula.
DOES THE POUCH CONTAIN RECYCLED MATERIAL?
Yes. Our flexible pouches incorporate 85% post-consumer recycled resin (PCR), giving previously used plastic another purpose.
IS THE POUCH RECYCLABLE?
The current multilayer pouch is not accepted in curbside recycling. Follow your local disposal guidance.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE A POUCH?
The pouch is lightweight and easy to bring along for everyday use. Its multilayer construction also helps protect the formula.
HOW DO I OPEN AND DISPENSE THE SUNSCREEN?
Open the flip-top cap and gently squeeze the pouch to dispense the formula. Close the cap securely after use.

SunKids™ is the mineral sunscreen brand from The Natural SKN Company™, a family-owned and women-owned business founded by Karine Aylozyan, a mother with a background in microbiology and chemistry.
WHY DID KARINE CREATE SUNKIDS™?
Karine’s experience with her father’s cancer journey made sun protection personal. As a mother, she also wanted a mineral sunscreen that felt good to wear and could become part of her family’s everyday routine.

Yes! Get free shipping when you purchase 2 or more SunKids™ pouches or place an order above $70.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless an item is marked PRE-ORDER. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During higher order volumes, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, shipping and handling costs are calculated at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

RETURNS & REFUNDS
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
Please contact us through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue. We’ll follow up with the next steps, including whether the item needs to be returned.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post it. We’ll let you know if the timing is different.
WHAT IF MY APPROVED REFUND HASN’T ARRIVED?
